So, I have been on my journey for about a month now. Today was the day I took my progress pictures and measurements. I have lost a total of 10.2 pounds and 11.5 inches! I could not be more excited about this!
I have never achieved these kinds of results so quickly before.
Today I am signing up to be a Beachbody coach. This is an amazing opportunity for me. It will help keep me motivated in my own journey as well as be able to help others start and complete their own journeys. I am convinced that Beachbody products are amazing, and well worth the money, and energy invested in them. They WORK!
I plan to use this space to post fitness tips, recipes and of course, my own progress along the way. This is a journey, and if we travel together, it will be so much more fun!
